Class B Commitment Percentage definition

Class B Commitment Percentage means, on any date of determination, with respect to any Class B Investor Group, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is such Class B Investor Group’s Class B Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount on such date and the denominator is the Class B Maximum Principal Amount on such date.

Class B Commitment Percentage means, on any date of determination, with respect to any Purchaser Group, the ratio, expressed as a percentage, which the sum of such Purchaser Group’s Class B Maximum Purchaser Group Invested Amount bears to the Class B Maximum Invested Amount on such date.

Class B Commitment Percentage means, for each Class B Purchaser, the Class B Commitment for such Class B Purchaser divided by the Class B Commitments of all Class B Purchasers.
