Class B Available Support definition

Class B Available Support in relation to a Determination Date means an amount (expressed as a percentage) calculated as follows: SAB CBAS = ---------- ASA + SRFL where: CBAS = the Class B Available Support; SAB = the aggregate Adjusted Stated Amount for the Class B Notes on that Determination Date; ASA = the aggregate of the Adjusted Stated Amounts of the Class A-1 Notes, and the Stated Amounts for Class A-2 Notes and the Adjusted Stated Amounts for the Class B Notes on that Determination Date; and SRFL = the Standby Redraw Facility Limit on that Determination Date.
