Class B-2 Note definition

Class B-2 Note. Any of the Class B-2 Notes as designated on the face thereof, executed by the Issuer and authenticated and delivered by the Securities Administrator, substantially in the form annexed as Exhibit A-2 of the Indenture.
Class B-2 Note. Any one of the Class B-2 Notes executed, authenticated and delivered by the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form annexed as Exhibit A-4 to the Indenture.
Class B-2 Note means an Auction Rate Class B-2 Note issued pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-8 thereto.

Examples of Class B-2 Note in a sentence

  • No transfer, sale, pledge or other disposition of a Class B-2 Note shall be made unless such transfer, sale, pledge or other disposition is exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act and any applicable state securities laws or is made in accordance with said Act and laws.

  • Each Holder of a Class B-2 Note desiring to effect such a transfer shall, and does hereby agree to, indemnify the Issuer, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee and the Depositor against any liability that may result if the transfer is not so exempt or is not made in accordance with federal and state securities laws.

Class B-2 Note means any one of the Class B-2 Notes executed and authenticated by the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit D-2 to the Indenture.
Class B-2 Note means the $37,250,000 aggregate initial principal amount of Class B-2 Floating Rate Asset Baked Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture; substantially in the Form of Exhibit B-2 to the Indenture.

  • Class A-2 Note means any of the 0.51% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-2, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.

  • Class A-3 Note means any of the 1.34% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-3, issued under the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

  • Class A-1 Note means any of 5.604% Asset Backed Notes, Class A‑1, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.

  • Class A-4 Note means any of the 3.30% Asset Backed Notes, Class A‑4, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-2.

  • Class C Note means any one of the Series 2020-1 3.02% Rental Car Asset Backed Notes, Class C, executed by ABRCF and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-1, Exhibit C-2 or Exhibit C-3. Definitive Class C Notes shall have such insertions and deletions as are necessary to give effect to the provisions of Section 2.18 of the Base Indenture.

  • Class B-1 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-1 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-1 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-1 Certificate.

  • Class B-1 Principal Balance As to the first Determination Date, the Original Class B-1 Principal Balance. As of any subsequent Determination Date, the lesser of (i) the Original Class B-1 Principal Balance less the sum of (a) all amounts previously distributed in respect of the Class B-1 Certificates on prior Distribution Dates (A) pursuant to Paragraph seventh of Section 4.01(a) and (B) as a result of a Principal Adjustment and (b) the Realized Losses allocated through such Determination Date to the Class B-1 Certificates pursuant to Section 4.02(b) and (ii) the Adjusted Pool Amount as of the preceding Distribution Date less the Class A Principal Balance as of such Determination Date.
