CLASS B-2 INTEREST FORMULA DISTRIBUTION AMOUNT. As to any Remittance Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) interest accrued during the related Interest Period at the Class B-2 Remittance Rate on the Class B-2 Principal Balance as of such Remittance Date (before giving effect to the distribution on such Remittance Date) and (b) any Class B-2 Unpaid Interest Shortfall.
CLASS B-2 INTEREST FORMULA DISTRIBUTION AMOUNT. As to any Distribution Date and the Class B-2 Certificates, an amount equal to the sum of (a) interest for the related Interest Accrual Period at the related Pass-Through Rate on the related Class Principal Balance as of such Distribution Date (before giving effect to the distribution on such Distribution Date), net of the Net Interest Shortfall, if any, allocated to such Class pursuant to Section 6.01 in respect of such Distribution Date and (b) any Class B-2 Unpaid Interest Shortfall for such Distribution Date.
CLASS B-2 INTEREST FORMULA DISTRIBUTION AMOUNT means, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (i) one month's interest at the Class B-2 Pass-Through Rate on the Adjusted Class B-2 Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Distribution Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, interest at the Class B-2 Pass-Through Rate for the period from the Closing Date through April 14, 1997 on the Initial Class B-2 Principal Balance) and (ii) any Class B-2 Unpaid Interest Shortfall.
