Class B-1 Note definition

Class B-1 Note. Any of the Class B-1 Notes as designated on the face thereof, executed by the Issuer and authenticated and delivered by the Securities Administrator, substantially in the form annexed as Exhibit A-2 of the Indenture.
Class B-1 Note. Any one of the Class B-1 Notes executed, authenticated and delivered by the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form annexed as Exhibit A-3 to the Indenture.
Class B-1 Note means an Auction Rate Class B-1 Note issued pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-7 thereto.

  • So long as the Class B-1 Notes are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the rules of that stock exchange so require, notices to Class B-1 Noteholders will be published in a leading newspaper having general circulation in Luxembourg (which is expected to be the Luxemburger Wort), it being understood that the term “notices” as it is used in this clause shall not include communications of the Class B-1 Note Rate.

More Definitions of Class B-1 Note

Class B-1 Note means any one of the Class B-1 Notes executed and authenticated by the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit D-1 to the Indenture
Class B-1 Note means the $52,733,000 aggregate initial principal amount of Class B-1 3.16% Asset Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the Form of Exhibit B-1 to the Indenture.
Class B-1 Note. Rate" means 7.340% per annum.
Class B-1 Note. Any Note designated as a “Class B-1 Note” on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-3 hereto, representing the right to payments as set forth herein.

  • Class A-1 Note means any of 5.604% Asset Backed Notes, Class A‑1, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.

  • Class A-2 Note means any of the 0.51% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-2, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.

  • Class A-3 Note means any of the 1.34% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-3, issued under the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

  • Class B-1 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-1 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-1 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-1 Certificate.

  • Class C Note means any one of the Series 2020-1 3.02% Rental Car Asset Backed Notes, Class C, executed by ABRCF and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-1, Exhibit C-2 or Exhibit C-3.
