Class Account definition
Class Account has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.01(a).
Class Account means a separate account in the books and records of a Sub-Fund in respect of a specific Class of Shares.
Class Account means the account established to receive and maintain funds contributed on behalf of GTL for the benefit of the Settlement Class, including Class Plaintiffs and Settlement Class Members.
