The obligations of the Fiduciary in respect of the Class A4 Notes are subordinated in right of payment to the claims of the Class A1 Noteholders, the Class A2 Noteholders and the Noteholders of the Class A3 Notes (the Class A3 Noteholders) pursuant to the terms hereof.The Class A5 Notes are subordinated fiduciaryobligations of the Fiduciary and rank pari passu without any preference among themselves.
Class A Noteholders means the Class A1 Noteholders, the Class A2 Noteholders and the Class A3 Noteholders.
