Examples of Class A3 Certificate in a sentence

  • This Class A-3 Certificate is issued under and is subject to the terms, provisions and conditions of the Agreement, to which Agreement the Holder of this Class A-3 Certificate by virtue of the acceptance hereof assents and by which such Holder is bound.

  • The Percentage Interest of each Class A-3 Certificate as of any date of determination will be equal to the percentage obtained by dividing the original Certificate Principal Balance of such Class A-3 Certificate on the Startup Day by the aggregate Class A-3 Certificate Principal Balance on the Startup Day.

  • This certifies that Cede & Co. is the registered owner of the Percentage Interest evidenced by this Class A-3 Certificate (obtained by dividing the Denomination of this Class A-3 Certificate by the Original Class Certificate Principal Balance) in certain monthly distributions with respect to a Trust consisting primarily of the Mortgage Loans deposited by Financial Asset Securities Corp.

  • Any Beneficial Owner of a Class A-3 Certificate which has requested a distribution may withdraw its request by so notifying in writing the Clearing Agency Participant or Clearing Agency Indirect Participant that maintains such Beneficial Owner's account.

  • This Class A-3 Certificate does not evidence an obligation of, or an interest in, and is not guaranteed by the Depositor, the Servicer, or the Trustee referred to below or any of their respective affiliates.
