Class A Undercollateralization Amount definition
Class A Undercollateralization Amount means, with respect to a Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of the Class A Note principal amount on that Distribution Date (before giving effect to any payments made to Holders of the Notes on such Distribution Date) over the Aggregate Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period.
