Class A Subclass definition

Class A Subclass. Any of the Subclasses of Class A Certificates consisting of the Class A-1 Certificates, Class A-2 Certificates, Class A-3 Certificates, Class A-4 Certificates, Class A-5 Certificates, Class A-PO Certificates and Class A-R Certificate.
Class A Subclass. Cap Amount. For a Distribution Date and any Class A Subclass, the sum of (x) the difference (if greater than zero) between the Normal Accrual for such Class A Subclass for the related Interest Accrual Period and the WAC Accrual for such Class A Subclass for the related Interest Accrual Period and (y) any Class A Subclass Cap Amount remaining unpaid on the prior Distribution Date after giving effect to all payments made on such prior Distribution Date, plus interest on the amount thereof at its Certificate Rate for the related Interest Accrual Period for the Distribution Date in question.

  • Subclass With respect to the Class A-V Certificates, any Subclass thereof issued pursuant to Section 5.01(c). Any such Subclass will represent the Uncertificated Class A-V REMIC Regular Interest or Interests specified by the initial Holder of the Class A-V Certificates pursuant to Section 5.01(c).

  • Class A-1 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-1 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-1 Notes.
