Class A Sharing Ratio definition
Class A Sharing Ratio means, with respect to each Class A Member, the percentage set forth opposite such Class A Member's name on Schedule A.
Class A Sharing Ratio means, as of any time of determination, with respect to each holder of Class A Units at such time of determination, the fraction (expressed as a percentage of 100%), the numerator of which is the number of Class A Units held by such holder and the denominator of which is the number of Class A Units then outstanding.
Class A Sharing Ratio means, for each Class A Holder, the ratio of the number of Class A Interests held by such Holder over the total of all Class A Interests held by all Class A Holders.

Class A Sharing Ratio means, with respect to a Class A Member, the number of Class A Units held by such Class A Member divided by the total number of Class A Units outstanding, in each case as of the relevant date of determination. The Class A Sharing Ratios of each Class A Member as of the Effective Date are set forth on Exhibit A.
Class A Sharing Ratio means for any Partner holding Class A Partnership Interests, the proportion that such Partner’s Class A Partnership Interest bears to the total Class A Partnership Interests outstanding as of the date of such determination, which, for any Partner shall be the percentage set forth opposite the name of such Partner on Schedule A hereto; provided that the Sharing Ratios shall be appropriately adjusted from time to time in the event of any assignment of Class A Partnership and/or issuance of additional Class A Partnership Interests in accordance with terms of this Agreement.
