Class A Securities definition
Class A Securities means any of the securities executed by the Transferor and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 hereto.
Class A Securities means the class A units, the Class A currency hedged units, and class A non- currency hedged units of a fund, as applicable.
