Class A road definition
Class A road means the same as that term is described in Section 72-3-102.
Examples of Class A road in a sentence
Any section of road where there is insufficient width of formation for two vehicles to pass or speed (as compared to Class "A" road) is considerably reduced by grade, curves or conditions of surface, e.g. corrugations and rutting.
Distance for interpreting this subsection shall be determined by using the nearest Class "A" road or highway.
