Examples of Class A Preferred Member in a sentence

  • On or before the last Business Day of each month immediately following the end of each calendar quarter (a "Due Date"), commencing with the calendar quarter ending December 31, 1998, the Company shall distribute cash to each Class A Preferred Member in an amount equal to the initial balance in such Class A Preferred Member's Preferred Capital Account multiplied by 2.25%; provided, however, the Company shall distribute cash to Xxxxx X.

  • Class A Preferred Stock means the Company's Class A Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $.01 per share.
