Class A Overcollateralization Amount definition

Class A Overcollateralization Amount means as of any date of determination, (i) on which no Aggregate Asset Amount Deficiency exists, the Class A Required Overcollateralization Amount as of such date or (ii) on which an Aggregate Asset Amount Deficiency exists, the excess, if any, of the Class A Asset Amount over the Class A Adjusted Principal Amount as of such date.
Class A Overcollateralization Amount means, as of any determination date, an amount equal to the difference of (a) the Pool Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period; minus (b) the Class A Note Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date after giving effect to all principal payments made on that day.
Class A Overcollateralization Amount. With respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (i) the sum of (a) the remaining Aggregate Principal Balance and (b) all amounts, if any, in the Pre-Funding Account, each determined as of the related Accounting Date, over (ii) the remaining Class A Note Balance, after giving effect to the amounts payable on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 4.6(b)(i) through (v) on such Payment Date.
