Class A Obligations definition

Class A Obligations means all Obligations owed to the Class A Lenders.
Class A Obligations means all Obligations owing to the Class A Lenders and the related Agents, including, without limitation, the aggregate principal amount of all Class A Loans and all accrued and unpaid Interest.

Examples of Class A Obligations in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any refinancing of the Class A Obligations with a financing similar in nature to the terms of this Agreement shall be subject to a right of first refusal under this Section 6.16.

  • On the date of the Class B Buyout Triggering Event, the Administrative Agent shall deliver to the Class B Lenders written notice specifying the estimated amount of Class A Obligations (including, without limitation, the aggregate principal amount of all Class A Advances and all accrued and unpaid interest and fees with respect thereto) outstanding and unpaid as of the date that is ten (10) Business Days following the date of the Class B Buyout Triggering Event.

More Definitions of Class A Obligations

Class A Obligations. All Obligations owing to the Class A Lenders.
Class A Obligations means, as of any date, all Obligations owing to the Class A Lenders on such date.

Class A Obligations. Means (i) all amounts owed to the Class A Noteholders and the Class A Note Insurer under the Transaction Documents and (ii) the obligation to surrender the Class A Insurance Policy for cancellation upon payment of the amounts described in the foregoing clause (i); provided that, for purposes of any provision in any Transaction Document that requires the consent of the Class A Note Insurer when Class A Obligations remain outstanding, if the Class A Insurance Policy has been cancelled pursuant to, and in compliance with the provisions of, Section 6.16 of the Indenture, for purposes of such provision, no Class A Obligations shall be considered outstanding with respect to the Class A Note Insurer.
