Interest on this Class A-IO Note will accrue for each Distribution Date on the Notional Amount of the Class A-IO Note until such Notional Amount is reduced to zero, from the most recent Distribution Date on which interest has been paid to but excluding such Distribution Date or, if no interest has yet been paid, from the Closing Date).
