Class A GP Units definition
Class A GP Units means the Class A general partner units of the Partnership held by SIR or any Related Party.
Class A GP Units means the non-voting class A general partner units of ERES LP; “Class A LP Units” means the voting class A limited partnership units of ERES LP; “Class B GP Units” means the non-voting class B general partner units of ERES LP;
Class A GP Units has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
