Class A Customer definition

Class A Customer means a customer of Products and/or Combinations under this Agreement that is invoiced at Licensee’s then-current general selling price for such Products and/or Combinations.

  • Class A Non-PO Optimal Amount As to any Distribution Date, the sum for such Distribution Date of (i) the Class A Interest Accrual Amount, (ii) the Aggregate Class A Unpaid Interest Shortfall and (iii) the Class A Non-PO Optimal Principal Amount.

  • Class X-B Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-B Certificates as of any date of determination, the sum of the Component Notional Amounts of the Class X-B Components.
