Class A Customer definition
Class A Customer means a customer of Products and/or Combinations under this Agreement that is invoiced at Licensee’s then-current general selling price for such Products and/or Combinations.
Examples of Class A Customer in a sentence
For purposes of calculating the Class A ▇▇▇▇ and Hold Reserve, the Class A Customer Supply Reserve and the Class A Postage Reserve, the aggregate Unpaid Balance of Eligible Receivables owed by such Obligor shall be deemed to be reduced by the Class A Step Two Amount.
If such Class A Step One Amount exceeds zero, such Obligor shall be excluded from the calculation of the Class A ▇▇▇▇ and Hold Reserve, the Class A Incremental Concentration Balance, the Class A Customer Supply Reserve and the Class A Postage Reserve.
