Class A Controlled Distribution Amount definition

Class A Controlled Distribution Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Class A Controlled Amortization Amount plus any existing Class A Deficit Controlled Amortization Amount determined on the preceding Distribution Date, if any.
Class A Controlled Distribution Amount means, with respect to any Related Month during the Class A Controlled Amortization Period, an amount equal to the sum of the Class A Controlled Amortization Amount and any Class A Carryover Controlled Amortization Amount for such Related Month.

Class A Controlled Distribution Amount means, with respect to any Related Month during the Series 2015-3 Controlled Amortization Period, an amount equal to the excess of (x) one-third of the Class A Invested Amount on the Scheduled Expiry Date (after giving effect to any Increase or Decrease on the Scheduled Expiry Date) over (y) the aggregate amount of any Decreases made during such Related Month pursuant to Section 2.5.
