Class when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are Revolving Loans or Swingline Loans.
Class A-2 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-2 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-2 Notes.
Class A-2 Noteholders means the Class A-2a Noteholders and the Class A-2b Noteholders.
Initial Class A-2 Note Balance means $235,000,000.
Class A-1 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-1 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-1 Notes.
Initial Class A-1 Note Balance means $265,000,000.
Group II Class A Certificates The Class A-2a Certificates, the Class A-2b Certificates, the Class A-2c Certificates and the Class A-2d Certificates, collectively.
Class C Class D," "Class E," "Class F," "Class G," "Class H," "Class J," "Class K," "Class L," "Class M," "Class N," "Class O," "Class R-I," "Class R-II" and "Class R-III" respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibits.
Class C Certificates Any one of the Class C Certificates executed by the Trustee, and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-18, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a regular interest in REMIC 4.
Class A-2, Class X-1," "Class X-2," "Class B," "Class C," "Class D," "Class E," "Class F," "Class G," "Class H," "Class J," "Class K," "Class L," "Class M," "Class N," "Class O," "Class R-I," "Class R-II" and "Class R-III" respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibits.
Class A-2 Notes means the Class A-2a Notes and the Class A-2b Notes, collectively.
Class A-1 Noteholders Interest Carryover Shortfall” means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess of the Class A-1 Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for the preceding Payment Date and any outstanding Class A-1 Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall on such preceding Payment Date, over the amount in respect of interest that is actually paid to Holders of Class A-1 Notes on such preceding Payment Date, plus interest on the amount of interest due but not paid to Holders of Class A-1 Notes on the preceding Payment Date, to the extent permitted by law, at the Class A-1 Interest Rate for the related Interest Period.
Class H designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Initial Class C Note Balance means $156,670,000.
Class A-2 Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class A-2 Note is registered in the Note Register.
Initial Class D Note Balance means $119,840,000.
Class A Note Balance means, at any time, the sum of the Class A-1 Note Balance, the Class A-2 Note Balance and the Class A-3 Note Balance at such time.
Initial Class A-3 Note Balance means $380,000,000.
Class C Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class C Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class C Notes.
Class A has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.C.
Class S designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class D Certificates “Class E Certificates,” “Class F Certificates,” “Class G Certificates,” “Class H Certificates,” “Class V Certificates” and “Class R Certificates” mean, in each such case, the Certificates designated as “Class A-1,” “Class A-2,” “Class A-SB,” “Class A-3,” “Class A-4,” “Class A-5,” “Class A-S,” “Class X-A,” “Class X-B,” “Class X-C,” “Class B,” “Class PST,” “Class C,” “Class D,” “Class E,” “Class F,” “Class G,” “Class H,” “Class V” and “Class R,” respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibits A-1 to A-20.
Initial Class B Note Balance means $163,150,000.
Class P designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-5 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class A-2 Note Rate With respect to any Payment Date, the per annum rate equal to the lesser of (i) the Class A-2 Formula Note Rate and (ii) the Class A-2 Net WAC Cap Rate for such Payment Date.
Class A-3 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-3".
