Class A-2 survey definition

Class A-2 survey means a first survey or independent re-survey which conforms to the “Recommended Standards for Surveys and Maps in the State of Connecticut Adopted on September 24, 1992, effective January 1, 1993 by the Connecticut Association of Land Surveyors, Inc. ” and which has been prepared by a land surveyor licensed in the State of Connecticut; complies with the minimum detail requirements for urban land title surveys adopted by the American Land Title Association and American Congress on Surveying and Maps (such requirements shall include all optional items on Table A thereof, exclusive of Items #1 (Monumentation), #5 (Contours in Elevation), #7b-2 (Other Data), and #12; and specifically shows (1) the boundaries of the Property by course and distance, together with the metes and bounds description corresponding to such survey;
