Class A-2 Principal Loss Amount definition
Class A-2 Principal Loss Amount. As to any Distribution Date, the sum of, without duplication, (i) the Class A Loss Percentage of the Class A-2 Certificates of the principal portion of Realized Losses allocated to the Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-PO Certificates) with respect to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.02(b) and (ii) any amount allocated to the Class A-2 Certificates after the Cross-Over Date with respect to such Distribution Date pursuant to the third sentence in the definition of Principal Balance of the Class A-2 Certificates.
Class A-2 Principal Loss Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount by which (i) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-2 Certificates, after taking into account distributions in reduction of such aggregate Certificate Principal Balance from sources other than the Certificate Insurance Policy on such Distribution Date, exceeds (ii) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period).
Class A-2 Principal Loss Amount. As to any Distribution Date, the Class A-2 Percentage of the Group II Principal Loss Amount for such Distribution Date.
