During each Interest Accrual Period, this Class A-2 Note will bear interest at the Class A-2 Note Interest Rate.
The holder of this Note is authorized to endorse on the schedules annexed hereto and made a part hereof or on a continuation thereof which shall be attached hereto and made a part hereof the date and amount of each increase and decrease with respect thereto and the Series 2008-1 Class A-2 Note Interest Rate applicable thereto.
The Issuing Entity will pay interest on this Note at the Class A-2 Note Interest Rate on each Payment Date until the principal of this Note is paid or made available for payment, on the principal amount of this Note outstanding on the preceding Payment Date after giving effect to all payments of principal made on such preceding Payment Date (or on the initial principal amount of this Note from and including September 9, 2015 in the case of the first Payment Date).
The Issuing Entity will pay interest on this Note at the Class A-2 Note Interest Rate on each Payment Date until the principal of this Note is paid or made available for payment, on the principal amount of this Note outstanding on the preceding Payment Date after giving effect to all payments of principal made on such preceding Payment Date (or on the initial principal amount of this Note from and including April 16, 2008 in the case of the first Payment Date).

All computations of interest at the applicable Series 2007-1 Class A-2 Note Interest Rate shall be made on the basis of a year of 360 days and twelve 30-day months.
The Co-Issuers shall pay interest on this Series 2008-1 Class A-2 Note (this “Note”) at the Series 2008-1 Class A-2 Note Interest Rate for each Interest Period in accordance with the terms of the Indenture.
