Class A-2 Allocation Percentage definition

Class A-2 Allocation Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date is the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is (x) the Group II Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is (y) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.
Class A-2 Allocation Percentage means, as of any Distribution Date, the Class A-2 Note Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period as a percentage of the then Note Balance as of such last day.
Class A-2 Allocation Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is (x) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-2 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is (y) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Group II Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Any such increase in the aggregate Invested Amount will be allocated to the Class A-1 Certificates and the Class A-2 Certificates pro rata based on the Class A-1 Allocation Percentage and the Class A-2 Allocation Percentage, respectively, for the related Collection Period.

  • Any such increase shall be applied to increase the outstanding principal balance the Class A-1 Certificates and the Class A-2 Certificates pro rata based on the Class A-1 Allocated Percentage and the Class A-2 Allocation Percentage, respectively, in each case for the related Collection Period.

Class A-2 Allocation Percentage means, as of any Monthly Allocation Date, the Class A-2 Certificate Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period as a percentage of the Certificate Balance as of such date.
Class A-2 Allocation Percentage means, for any Collection Period, the percentage obtained by subtracting from 100% the Class A-1 Allocation Percentage.
