  • The Class A Certificates (other than the Class 1-A-R, Class 1-A-MR, Class 1-A-LR, Class X-PO and Class 30-IO Certificates) and the Class X-B, Class 2-B and Class 5-B Certificates are referred to collectively as the "Regular Certificates" and shall constitute "regular interests" in the Upper-Tier REMIC.
