Class 4A Notice means a notice Filed with the Bankruptcy Court that discloses the treatment of the 93/94 Notes.
Class 4A Notice means a notice Filed with the Bankruptcy Court that discloses whether the Debtors elected option A, option B or option C in the 93/94 Notes Distribution. The Class 4A Notice shall be mailed to the Holders of 93/94 Notes no later than 30 days prior to the Voting Deadline.
