Class 2A-1C Certificates definition
Class 2A-1C Certificates means HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-14, Class 2A-1C Certificates, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A to the Agreement.
Class 2A-1C Certificates. The Certificates. designated as “Class 2A-1C” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Class 2A-1C Certificates means DSLA Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR1, Class 2A-1C Certificates, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A to the Agreement.
