Class 2A-1C Certificates definition

Class 2A-1C Certificates means DSLA Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR2, Class 2A-1C Certificates, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A to the Agreement.
Class 2A-1C Certificates. The Certificates. designated as “Class 2A-1C” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Examples of Class 2A-1C Certificates in a sentence

  • Distributions on the Class 2-A1A1, Class 2-A1A2, Class 2-A1B and Class 2-A1C Certificates, will be derived primarily from a pool of non-conforming adjustable rate mortgage loans (“Group 2 Mortgage Loans”).

  • The Carryover Shortfall Amount will be paid only to the extent of interest otherwise distributable to the Class X Certificates (after the reduction due to Net Deferred Interest allocable to the Class X Certificates) and additionally in the case of the Class 1-A1A, Class 1-A1B, Class 2-A1A, Class 2-A1B and Class 2-A1C Certificates amounts available from the related Yield Maintenance Agreement, on such Distribution Date or future Distribution Dates.

  • The Basis Risk Reserve Fund X-2 Subaccount will be held in trust by the Trustee on behalf of the holders of the Class 2-A1A, Class 2-A1B and Class 2-A1C Certificates.

  • If the Seller or its affiliate is the Holder of a Class 2-A-1A, Class 2-A-1B or Class 2-A-1C Certificates, the Seller or its affiliate shall remit to the Trustee the portion of Yield Maintenance Distributable Amounts received by the Holder of such Certificate on any Distribution Date, and the Trustee will remit such amounts to the Yield Maintenance Provider.

  • Each of the Class 1-A-1A, Class 1-A-1B, Class 2-A-1A, Class 2-A-1B and Class 2-A-1C Certificates will only receive payment from amounts received from the related Yield Maintenance Agreement.

  • Such schedule has been subjected to the auditing procedures applied in our audit of the basic 2011 financial statements and, in our opinion, is fairly stated in all material respects when considered in relation to the basic financial statements taken as a whole.

  • A change to the circuit is therefore required in order to cater for the anticipated increase in the DMS yield.

  • The Net WAC Cap for the Class 2-A1A, Class 2-A1B and Class 2-A1C Certificates (the “Group 2 Net WAC Cap”) for any Distribution Date equals the product of (i) weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates of the Group 2 Mortgage Loans (and in the case of the Class 2-A1C Certificate only, reduced by the rate at which the surety fee payable to the Insurer is calculated) in each case adjusted for the related accrual period.

  • Distributions on the Class 2-A1A1, Class 2-A1A2, Class 2-A1B and Class 2A1C Certificates, will be derived primarily from a pool of non-conforming adjustable rate mortgage loans (“Group 2 Mortgage Loans”).

  • The Policy: The Policy issued by the Insurer will guarantee the timely payment of interest and ultimate payment of principal on the Class 1-A1B and Class 2-A1C Certificates.

  • Class C Certificates Any one of the Class C Certificates executed by the Trustee, and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-18, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a regular interest in REMIC 4.

  • Class B-6 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-6” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class B-4 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-4” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class B Certificates The Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5 and Class B-6 Certificates.

  • Class B-5 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-5” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class B-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-2".

  • Class A-3 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-3".

  • Class B-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-1".

  • Class B-3 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-3".

  • Class AA Certificates means Pass Through Certificates issued by the Class AA Pass Through Trust.

  • Class A Certificates The Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3 and Class A-4 Certificates.

  • Class A-4 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-4".

  • Group II Class A Certificates The Class A-2a Certificates, the Class A-2b Certificates, the Class A-2c Certificates and the Class A-2d Certificates, collectively.

  • Class J Certificate means any one of the Certificates with a "Class J" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class A-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-2".

  • Class C Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class C” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class M Certificates Any of the Class M-1, Class M-2, Class M-3, Class M-4, Class M-5 and Class M-6 Certificates.

  • Group III Certificates The Group III-A Certificates.

  • Class P Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class P".

  • Class H Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class H" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Group 2 Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class X Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class X".

  • Class A-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-1".

  • Class A-2B Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-2B."

  • Class B-4 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-4 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-4 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-4 Certificate.

  • Group 4 Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
