Class 2A definition

Class 2A means, at any time, all Class 2A Loans at such time.
Class 2A. First Lien Deficiency ClaimsSenior Notes Claims • Citrus Earn Out Claim Allowance. The First Lien Deficiency Claims, Senior Notes Claims, and Citrus Earn Out Claim shall be allowed in the manner set forth in the section of this Term Sheet entitled “Debt to be Restructured.”
Class 2A means, at any time, all Class 2A Loans at such time. “Class 2A Advance” means each Advance allocated to Class 2A pursuant to, and in accordance with, this Agreement. “Class 2A Borrowing Base” means, at any time, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Dollar Equivalent of the amounts in the Principal Collection Subaccount, (ii) the Dollar Equivalent of the amounts in the Trust Account, (iii) the product of (x) the Weighted Average Class 2A Advance Rate (excluding the Sale Settlement Pending Collateral for the Class 2A Loans from the calculation of the Weighted Average Class 2A Advance Rate) as of such date, (y) the Portfolio Advance Rate Adjustment as of such date and (z) the Aggregate Class 2A Net Collateral Balance as of such date (excluding the Sale Settlement Pending Collateral for the Class 2A Loans from the calculation of the Aggregate Class 2A Net Collateral Balance) and (iv) the Dollar

Examples of Class 2A in a sentence

  • All containment shall meet the criteria for SSPC Guide 6 – Containment Classification Class 2A for cleaning and painting of structural steel bridges.

  • Class P designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-5 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class H designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class 1 A-1, Class 1-A-2 Class 1-A-8 and Class 1-A-9 Certificates.

  • Class S designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class LT-R Interest The residual interest in the Lower-Tier REMIC as described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.

  • Class C Class D," "Class E," "Class F," "Class G," "Class H," "Class J," "Class K," "Class L," "Class M," "Class N," "Class O," "Class R-I," "Class R-II" and "Class R-III" respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibits.

  • Subclass With respect to the Class A-V Certificates, any Subclass thereof issued pursuant to Section 5.01(c). Any such Subclass will represent the Uncertificated Class A-V REMIC Regular Interest or Interests specified by the initial Holder of the Class A-V Certificates pursuant to Section 5.01(c).

  • Class C Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class C Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC 3 for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class P Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class P Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class A-5 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.1156%.

  • Class R-1 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 1.

  • Class A has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.C.

  • Class H Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate.

  • Class E Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 2.00000%.

  • Class IO Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee, evidencing a REMIC Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class Principal Balance With respect to any Class and as to any date of determination, the aggregate of the Certificate Balances of all Certificates of such Class as of such date.

  • Class Coupon The Class Coupon on each Class of Notes for any Accrual Period will be as set forth in Appendix I for Original Notes and Appendix II for MAC Notes.

  • Class UT-R Interest The residual interest in the Upper-Tier REMIC as described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.

  • Class B Pass-Through Rate As to any Distribution Date, 6.500% per annum.

  • Class Title means the designation given under these rules to a class and to each position allocated to such class.

  • Class X-B Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the Class X Strip Rate for the Class X-B Component for such Distribution Date.

  • Class C Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date.
