Class 1 Vehicles definition

Class 1 Vehicles means vehicles having a power to unladen mass ratio of ≤ 22 W/kg;
Class 1 Vehicles. Vehicles that are Class 1 vehicles, those seating twenty-five (25) passengers or less, shall be subject to the current per Trip (defined below) Fee for Class 1 Vehicles as provided by resolution of the Board.
Class 1 Vehicles. - means vehicles with a maximum height of 7 ft. (2.13m), with only 2 axles and engine displacement of at least 400cc.

  • Class 2 A-1 and Class 2-A-2 Certificates and the Class A-X-2 and Class PO-2 Component. Group 2 Certificates................... Group 2 Senior Certificates and the portions of the Group II Subordinated Certificates related to Loan Group 2.

  • Class title means the designation given under these rules to a class and to each position allocated to such class.

  • Class H designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class B Principal Balance As of any date, an amount equal to the sum of the Class B-1 Principal Balance, Class B-2 Principal Balance, Class B-3 Principal Balance, Class B-4 Principal Balance, Class B-5 Principal Balance and Class B-6 Principal Balance.
