Clarinet as used herein shall be deemed to include the employees and officers of Clarinet Overseas Ltd. in the performance of this Agreement. The obligations, warranties, and representations of Clarinet Overseas Ltd. hereunder are also imposed on the employees and officers of Clarinet.

  • The Clarinet Offer may not be accepted prior to the Acceptance Period and shall automatically expire at the end of the Acceptance Period, if not accepted during the Acceptance Period (such time, the “Clarinet Offer Expiration Time”); provided that the Clarinet Offer may not be revoked, terminated, amended, modified or supplemented prior to the Clarinet Offer Expiration Time.
