Clarifying information definition
Clarifying information means information that a complainant or licensee wishes to convey to the Board and is intended to clarify what the complainant or licensee believes to be inaccurate assumptions or information stated by a Board member during case discussions before the Complaint Screening Committee or the full Board or during an informal interview.
