Clarification Letter(s) definition

Clarification Letter(s) means a written document issued by the Vendor and accepted by the City clarifying the Proposal and include(s) the following:
Clarification Letter(s) means a written document issued by the Consultant clarifying its Proposal. The Consultant's Proposal has been clarified by the following letter(s) of the Consultant:  N/A Each reference in this Agreement to the Consultant’s Proposal (or individually to the Consultant’s Technical Proposal or Cost of Services Proposal) shall be taken as a reference to the respective Proposal as modified by the foregoing Clarification Letter(s).
