Claims Resolution Process definition

Claims Resolution Process means the process for Claimants to seek a Monetary Award described in Section IX.
Claims Resolution Process means the process established by this Agreement regarding the processing, determination, and distribution of Monetary Awards.
Claims Resolution Process means the provisions of the Claims and Meeting Order establishing the procedure for determining the validity and quantum of any disputed Claims for the purpose of the Plan.
