Claims Processing Fee definition
Claims Processing Fee means a fee of £60.00 which is payable as consideration for any administration work carried out by us in the processing of each and every insurance claim that arises during the Rental Period;
Examples of Claims Processing Fee in a sentence
Europcar shall charge the Admin Fee set out in the table of Ancillary Charges in Schedule 2 to this Agreement for any administration work carried out in respect of any matters for which the Customer is liable except for any matters for which the Customer is liable pursuant to clauses 5.1 and 5.4 below when the Claims Processing Fee will apply.
You must indemnify us for any loss, damage or liability incurred as a result of any lack of insurance together with the Claims Processing Fee.
Subject to clause 9 you must indemnify us (as an obligation surviving termination of this agreement) against any claims for loss, injury or damage sustained by us and pay (on demand and without deduction or set-off) the Claims Processing Fee.
