Claims Policy definition

Claims Policy means an internal regulation of the Company governing procedures for accepting and handling Client complaints and claims if Clients are not satisfied with the quality of the Services provided available at the Website;

  • The Georgia State Tort Claims Policy provides coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 per person and $3,000,000 per occurrence for claims covered by the Act.

Related to Claims Policy

  • Claims Made Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(b).

  • R&W Policy means the buyer-side representation and warranty insurance policy as may be issued to Purchaser in connection with this Agreement.
