Claims Objection Date definition
Claims Objection Date means the first Business Day that is more than six (6) months following the Effective Date or such later date as the Court may, with or without cause, approve.

Claims Objection Date means the date that is ninety (90) days from the last to occur of: (a) the Bar Date, or (b) with respect to a specified Claim for which a creditor is allowed to file a proof of claim after the Bar Date, twenty (20) days after the date on which such proof of claim is filed, or (c) the Confirmation Date. The failure to object to a Claim by the Claims Objection Date shall not constitute a waiver, acceptance or release of any claim or cause of action against a creditor, including causes of action based on a creditor receiving preferential or fraudulent transfers under § 547 or § 548 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Claims Objection Date means, absent a Court Order setting forth otherwise, thirty (30) days after the Confirmation Date which shall be the last day by which the Debtor or any other interested party may file an Objection to any Claim, whether such Claim derives from the Debtor’s Schedules or from a filed Proof of Claim.
