Claims List definition

Claims List means the list of Covered Claims on the register annexed to, and made part of, this Policy as Schedule 1.

  • Inclusion of a Patent claim on the Excluded Claims List will constitute a binding determination that such Patent claim is an Excluded Claim, unless and until such Patent claim ceases to meet the Excluded Claim Criteria because of changed circumstances (such as, for example, the subsequent emergence or awareness of a practical use of an embodiment of such Patent claim in a commercial setting other than for an Excluded Lithography Technology).

  • The County will put the Authority’s request on Claims List and issue check to Port Authority after the subsequent Fiscal Court meeting.

  • Within fourteen (14) days after Counsel for the Parties receive the Initially Approved Claims List and related Claim Forms, they shall serve opposing counsel via email with a Notice of Claim Challenges identifying by claim number any initially approved claim they wish to challenge and the reasons for the challenge.

  • Within thirty (30) days after Counsel for the Parties receive the Initially Rejected Claims List, they shall serve opposing counsel via email with a Notice of Claim Challenges identifying by claim number any initially rejected claim they wish to challenge and the reasons for the challenge.

  • The Claims List will include business name and sales tax registration number and estimated potential dollar value of the claim, but will not include the basis for the error.
