Such data will be analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of and to manage chiropractic care and the network as well as for marketing and credentialing purposes. Any existing data analysis specific to Provider will be made available by I-AHC to Provider upon reasonable written request.

Examples of Claims Filing in a sentence

  • Within 30 days of the Claims Filing Deadline, Class Counsel shall then certify to Wawa’s Counsel that any claims not rejected meet the requirements of this paragraph.

  • However, in no event shall the deadline be extended to later than three months after the Claims Filing Deadline without express approval from the Parties.

  • The parties shall meet and confer in good faith to resolve any disputed claims and shall, within 75 days after the Claims Filing Deadline either: (a) inform the Settlement Administrator of which accepted claims should be rejected; or (b) seek a ruling from the Court on any remaining disputed claims.

  • Within fourteen (14) days of the Claims Filing Deadline, the Claims Administrator shall provide counsel for the Parties with a report that contains the information provided in the Claim Forms and its determination whether or not each Claim should be approved or denied.

  • Within one month of the Claims Filing Deadline, the Settlement Administrator shall make all such claims available to Class Counsel and Wawa’s Counsel.

  • All Claim Forms must be postmarked or submitted online by [insert Claims Filing Deadline].

  • The Claims Filing Delay and the Claims Deadline shall be clearly set forth in the Settlement Notice, the dedicated website of the Claims Administrator and of Class Counsel, and on the front page of the Claim Form.

  • By agreement of the Parties expressed through their counsel, the Parties may instruct the Claims Administrator to take whatever steps they deem appropriate to preserve the Settlement Fund in order to further the purpose of the Settlement Agreement if the Claims Administrator identifies actual or possible fraud or abuse relating to the submission of Claim Forms, including, but not limited to, denying in whole or in part any Claim Form submitted after the Claims Filing Deadline.
