The Claiming Party shall remedy the Force Majeure with all reasonable dispatch.
If a Party is prevented by Force Majeure from carrying out, in whole or part, its obligations under this Agreement (the “Claiming Party”) and gives notice and details of to the other Party as soon as practicable, then the Claiming Party shall be excused from the performance of its obligations under this Agreement (other than the obligation to make payments then due or becoming due with respect to performance prior to the Force Majeure).
Any Contributing Guarantor making any payment to a Claiming Guarantor pursuant to this Section 6.02 shall be subrogated to the rights of such Claiming Guarantor under Section 6.01 to the extent of such payment.
