Claimable definition

Claimable means a determination that a case satisfies the initial and/or ongoing eligibility requirements for entitlements through Title IV-E funding.
Claimable in relation to a winning means the winning is capable of being claimed by the winning party from the service provider such that the claim, if legitimate, would give rise to a duty on the service provider to pay to the winning party the amount of the winning in 15 question, which duty is arising from the agreement;

Examples of Claimable in a sentence

  • Failure to report a Default as required by this Section IV., B., shall entitle the Company to deduct from the Claimable Amount of a Claim thirty (30) days of interest accruing on the Loan during the period between the date the notice of Default should have been filed and the date it was submitted to the Company.

  • Claimable Event in respect of an Insured Buyer means Insolvency, Protracted Default or any other named claimable event in the Schedule that has occurred before a claim is submitted.

  • Maximum Policy Liability means the maximum aggregated value of claim payments available during this Policy Period for all Claimable Events and when the Maximum Policy Liability has been exhausted the Insured is not entitled to an indemnity under this Policy.

  • The Claimable Subsidy Amount will be the Subsidy Ceiling Amount pro-rated to take account of the GP’s GMS panel Size (for these purposes the GMS panel size will be comprised of medical card, DVC and Child patients aged 0-7 years (inclusive) in accordance with current provisions.

  • In circumstances where the cost to the GP of maintaining the salary of the staff member during the maternity leave period is lower than the Net Claimable Subsidy Amount then the lower amount will be claimable.

  • Third party claimant means any individual, corporation, association, partnership, or other legal entity asserting a claim against any individual, corporation, association, partnership, or other legal entity insured under an insurance policy or insurance contract.

  • Claimants means any Persons who have submitted a Claim to the Receiver or to the Joint Liquidators. Where a Claim has been transferred to a third party and such transfer has been acknowledged by the Receiver or the Joint Liquidators, the transferee is a Claimant, and the transferor is not a Claimant unless the transferor has retained a Claim that has not been transferred.   • Claim means any action, claim, obligation, liability, expense, lawsuit, demand, suit, inquiry, hearing, investigation, notice of a violation, litigation, proceeding, arbitration, or other dispute, whether civil, criminal, administrative or otherwise, whether pursuant to contractual obligations or otherwise.

  • Indemnity Claim has the meaning set forth in Section 8.3.
