Claim Reduction Form definition
Claim Reduction Form means the form to be used by holders of Landlord Claims, Vendor/Supplier Claims, Retirement Plan Claims, or Other Unsecured Claims to elect to reduce their Allowed Claims to $3,000, which form shall be distributed by the Debtors to holders and potential holders of Landlord Claims, Vendor/Supplier Claims, Retirement Plan Claims, or Other Unsecured Claims as part of the solicitation process.
