Claim Kit means the information, documents and materials, including the Claim Form, that a Settlement Class Member must submit under the Claims Program to process the Settlement Class Member’s Claim, the contents of which will substantially conform to subsection 7.4.

  • Claim Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4(a).

  • Claim Period means the period of time during which a Settlement Class Member must submit a Claim Form to be eligible to receive a Cash Benefit or Billing Credit Option as part of the Settlement.
