Claim Charge definition

Claim Charge means the amount which appears on a Claim as the Provider’s regular charge for service rendered to a patient, without further adjustment or reduction.
Claim Charge means the amount which appears on a Claim as the Provider’s charge for services rendered to the Covered Person, without adjustment or reduction and regardless of any separate financial arrangements between Us and a particular Provider.
Claim Charge means the amount which appears on a Claim as the Provider’s regular charge for service rendered to a patient, without further adjustment or reduction and irrespective of any separate financial arrangement between Claim Administrator and the particular Provider. Examples of Claim Charge in a sentence

  • The normal work day for full-time employees shall be eight consecutive hours, but for the purposes of this Agreement, 12-month employees who work seven or more hours per day will be deemed to be full-time.

  • C) If Earned Premium is greater than the sum of Incurred Claims (less claims in excess of the $255,000 pooling level), Pooled Claim Charge and Administrative Charge, 30% of this excess will be returned to the Group.

  • Amounts recovered by PLA or Authority pursuant to this Agreement will be applied to the Accounts in the following order of priority: (i) reimbursement of costs and expenses incurred by PLA or any attorney(s) retained by ▇▇▇; (ii) attorney fees and other charges, expenses and fees charged by PLA or any attorney(s) retained by PLA; and (iii) amounts payable to Authority, including the face amount of the municipal claim, the penalty, the Notice of Claim Charge, and interest.

Claim Charge means the price paid by CLIENT to BENECARD PBF for Covered Drugs dispensed to Members, plus any applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges. CLIENT and BENECARD PBF agree that the price paid by CLIENT to BENECARD PBF for those Covered Drugs shall be the same price paid by BENECARD PBF to the Participating Pharmacy plus any applicable taxes, fees or surcharges.
