Claim Assessment definition

Claim Assessment has the meaning given in clause 10.4.
Claim Assessment means an assessment made by the Scheme Coordinator under the Protocol in respect of a claim for a Processing Refund made by the MRF Operator under clause 6; Commencement Date means the date specified in Item 2;
Claim Assessment means the assessment of a potential Litigation Claim or Claim carried out by Us based on the information provided, any documents or other information supplied by You, in order to determine the likely prospects of a Litigation Claim or Claim being successful.

Examples of Claim Assessment in a sentence

  • The Service Provider shall regularly (and in any event no less than once per week following the date of the Initial Claim Assessment) report in writing to TfL in respect of developments in respect of each Claim.

  • In determining whether a Program Claimant satisfies the Eligibility Requirements and in conducting the Program Claim Assessment Process, the Primary Representatives (and, if applicable, the Senior Representatives and Referee) shall review and analyze only the Claim Package timely submitted on behalf of such Program Claimant in accordance with Section 4.2(1) and as timely supplemented as permitted by Section 4.2(2)(a).
