CKG. CKG Media" or "CKG ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇", no matter what case, capital, lower or otherwise, or punctuation is used.   • Neither C/KG nor Dealer shall be liable to the other in any way because of termination or expiration of this Agreement.

  • CKG shall use its best efforts to timely forward to Investor, via telecopier, CKG's reasonable suggested revisions to the proposed announcement, provided, however, that in all events CKG shall send its suggested revisions to the proposed public announcement no later than two (2) business day from the time such proposed announcement was received by CKG.
