  • The Parties agree that Agency is responsible for its decision to allow other CJN Participating Agencies or third-parties to access Agency Data through the CJN System.

  • The Agency will restrict access to the System to Permitted Users with verified identities that have created a digital identity on the CJN System using the procedures in this Section 9.

  • It is the responsibility of Agency to maintain Agency Data within the CJN System in accordance with the MGDPA and all other laws and rules governing the data.

  • CJN representatives, employees, vendors, and consultants will have limited access to Agency Data solely for providing, supporting, and improving the CJN System.
