CJM definition

CJM means the Person named as “CJM” in the first paragraph of this instrument until a successor Person shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture and thereafter “CJM” shall mean such successor Person.

  • Except for the Purchased Assets, Buyer is not purchasing and Seller is not selling the name "CJM Enterprises" or any variant or derivative of such name and Seller's accounting records and corporate minute books, stock books and corporate seal (collectively, the "Retained Assets").

  • If CJM Asset Management shall be in doubt as to any question of law pertaining to any action it should or should not take, CJM Asset Management may request advice at its own cost from such counsel of its own choosing (who may, without limitation, be counsel for the Fund, or CJM Asset Management, at the option of CJM Asset Management), provided that such counsel is selected with reasonable care.
