CJIS Security Addendum definition

CJIS Security Addendum means a uniform agreement signed by any Contractor interfacing with DELJIS or maintaining CJI that helps ensure the security and confidentiality of CJI. A copy of the CJIS Security Addendum is available at http://deljis.delaware.gov/policies.
CJIS Security Addendum means a document that describes the FBI security-related requirements DPS applies to all contractors and subcontractors that work on this Contract. An executed copy of the CJIS Security Addendum is a required part of this Contract. A copy of this form may be found at: http://www.dps.texas.gov/SecurityReview/documents.htm.
CJIS Security Addendum means the CJIS Security Addendum included in Appendix H to the CJIS Policy.

  • U.S. Security Agreement means the security and pledge agreement, dated as of the Original Closing Date (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time), executed in favor of the Administrative Agent and the other “Secured Parties” described therein by each of the Loan Parties party thereto.
