civil area definition
civil area means an area declared to be a civil area by the Central Government under sub- section (1) of section 48;
civil area means an area declared to be a Civil Area by the Central Government under sub-section (1) of Section 46 of the Act and includes any other area which the Central Government may, by way of notification in the Official Gazette, declare to be a Civil Area for the purposes of these Rules;
